Phil came to Wood Stone with many years of
experience in the industry. From dealing with corporate chain
accounts, to cooking a mean pie in the test
kitchen in Charlotte, Phil's diverse skills have made him an asset to
Wood Stone.
After being a
factory rep for Wood Stone in Florida for many years, Phil
joined the Wood Stone team in 2003 as regional sales
manager. What region does Phil cover?
Well the answer is whatever region
he happens to be in.
What attracted
Phil to Wood Stone was the same thing that
attracts our reps and customers.
Phil says the attraction is, "passion,
values, ethics
and the fantastic group of devoted
individuals that make up Wood Stone."
Since joining the
team Phil has been responsible for working with
Wood Stone's rep organizations and
key customers all over the country. In addition, he
has brought an extensive service,
installation, and ventilation background
to Wood Stone from past job experience.
In addition to
his sales responsibilities, Phil assists
with technical issues and it is
even rumored that Phil has been spotted cooking pizzas
in test kitchens across the country.
Phil's favorite recipes:
Cora bread that is prepared by
Chef Tim Green. He also favors braised
pork shoulder from Chef Frank. "The pork
is so good I ate it for breakfast last time we were
together. Plus it shows the versatility of our oven as it
cooks overnight in an oven that is turned off!"
When
Phil
isn't traveling all over the country he enjoys scuba diving
with his son (karate master), mixing music for live shows,
spear fishing, taking his oldest daughter to ride horses or
watching his twin daughters dominate on the soccer field.
