Points of Difference: Oven Assembly

Wood Stone Commercial Cooking Equipment

Question 8: Does the oven come assembled or is a skilled professional required to put the oven together?
printer friendly version

Having our standard oven arrive as one piece may initially seem to pose rigging challenges, but the end result justifies the effort.

Unassembled ovens require skilled professionals to put the pieces back together. The final product will only be as good as the labor that put it together!

Our ovens also have the added advantage of being listed when they arrive at your facility making your code official happy. Many multi-piece ovens require additional insulation and finishing be done after the oven is installed. Some ovens would require an expensive and uncertain on-site inspection from a code official to gain the necessary approvals.

But don’t despair! If you have an especially challenging installation we do have options to consider.  See our Installation Solutions Page for more information.
