Buffalo Sauce
This spicy sauce adds a touch of heat to any dish. We like to brush it on our Fire Cracker, or over chicken for a Cajun-style feast.
Chimichurri
A spoonful of this Argentinian condiment brings a fresh, zesty flavor to chicken and steak dishes. Chimichirri is at its best when made at least 2 hours in advance of serving.
Crumb Topping
We use this crumb for fruit crisps, and to add a bit of sweetness to our Apple and Vanilla Custard Breakfast Pizza.
Fresca
When Roma tomatoes are in season, this is our favorite concassé, adding a burst of flavor to dishes like our Zucchini and Basil Frittata and Coriander Crusted Rack of Pork.
Fromage Blanc
This sweet, white cheese sauce is an excellent addition to breakfast breads and white pizzas.
Garlic Ginger Puree
Ginger is a natural tenderizer. We use Garlic Ginger Puree on large roasts, ribs, and steaks for the excellent flavor it imparts as well as its tenderizing properties.
Indian Mother Sauce
Tangy and rich, this tomato-based sauce is a warming compliment to East Indian dishes.
Mustard Seed Seasoning
A wonderful herbed rub for poultry or vegetables, we especially enjoy this seasoning on our Cedar Planked Salmon.
Pepper Mélange
The base for our Fire Baked Goat Cheese, this relish carries a touch of heat.
Pink Sauce
Embracing the beauty of fresh roasting, the naturally sweet flavors of the freshly roasted peppers and tomatoes create a signature flavor that cannot be duplicated.
Potlatch Seasoning
The word "potlatch" comes from the Northwest Native American languages. Literally translated to mean "giving," a potlatch was also a ceremony, a gathering in celebration that included much gifting.
Rib Rub
This sweet rub makes our ribs delectable.
Roasted Fennel Relish
We discovered this one day as a base for sautéing mussels, and have yet to discover all the delicious applications for this relish.
Seafood Bisque
This bisque is the elegant base for our Girard Pizza. Add a pound of Dungeness crab or lobster for an even more decadent result!
Searing Seasonings
We use this seasoning blend in nearly all of our savory dishes. At Wood Stone, we believe that the best food is simple, fresh, and local; when we're cooking in one of our ovens, we make deliciously uncomplicated recipes, inviting the natural flavors of good ingredients to shine through.
