Instructions

1)

Rub Pork shoulder well with oil.

2)

Sprinkle and rub with seasonings.

3)

Wrap with saran over night.

Oven:

Roast on side of oven away from flame until 145 - 150 internal temp, you may need to cover after 30 minutes.

 

Thinly slice for sandwiches.  Focaccia Sandwich Process.
