Instructions |
|
Place a large, heavy sauté pan in a 550 degree oven until it is very hot. |
|
|
Place the chili oil and the clams in the pan and toss. |
|
Put the pan back in the hottest part of the oven for 2 or 3 minutes. |
|
|
Add the tomatoes and onions, toss again and return the pan to the hottest
part of the oven for another 2 minutes. |
|
Squeeze both lemons over the works and transfer to a serving bowl. |
|
|
Serve with hearty rustic bread so that the juices dont go to waste. |
